For the Qualiseg Group, your privacy is very important and is a fundamental pillar of one of the group's values, which is trust, so we are committed to protecting and safeguarding all personal data that you have shared or will share with us. This Privacy Statement relates to all information we collect through all means as we relate to our customers.

The Qualiseg Group only collects the personal data strictly necessary to continue our relationship with the client. Thus, by direct contact, we only process the name, address, form of contact (telephone and/or email address and tax identification number). Through our website, we collect information from your computer, including the IP address, the browser used and the language selected, using cookies, according to the policy described at the end of this document (or link to the cookie policy).

As we have stated earlier, in most cases, personal data are intended exclusively for compliance with accounting and tax requirements. With your consent, we will save contact details for further sending of commercial information such as newsletters, new product information or commercial proposals.

The personal data you entrust to us is stored in systems that comply with the strictest technical and organizational information security requirements. The data contained in the purchase/sale processes are stored for a period of 12 years, in accordance with Law No. 2/2014 of 16/01. Personal data organized in contact databases is stored indefinitely until you ask us to destroy them.

The Qualiseg Group does not use social networks to collect elements for defining the profile of our customers, potential customers or employees. By contacting us through a page of ours on a social network, you are providing us and the network administrator with personal information.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, we apply all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect and safeguard the personal data you provide to us, including security procedures and technical and physical restrictions on access and use of personal data on our servers. Only authorized personnel are allowed to access personal data in the course of their work.

Qualiseg's customer universe is composed almost exclusively of people over the age of 16. In the event that we have to process data from children under the age of 16, we will only do so with the proper permission of their parents or legal guardians.

You always have the right to review the personal information we have stored. You can request a summary of your personal data at the email address: support@grupoqualiseg.com. Please write "Request for personal information" in the subject of your email, in order to clearly identify the request and speed up the process. It is your right to lodge a complaint with the protection supervisory authority if you believe that we are not processing your data correctly.

At Qualiseg we are responsible for the full application of the principles of data processing prescribed in the Regulation, namely the lawfulness of processing and transparency in the relationship with the client. The lawfulness is based, in most cases, on the need to comply with a contract: the customer provides us with his/her data because there is a contractual relationship to establish and maintain. In other cases, it is based on the expressed consent of the data subject. This is the case when we use your contact details to send newsletters or commercial information. Legitimate interests provided for in the Regulation may also be invoked.

As a rule, the Qualiseg Group does not share your data with any other entity. If it becomes necessary to do so, in order to perform any special due diligence, your consent will be duly requested.
