- Adapt to the different levels of maturity in Security (Security I and II)*1, aiming to achieve the level of excellence;
- Track the individual and collective performance of employees of all hierarchical levels;
- Monitor the effectiveness of the OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) System in time-favorably influencing the productivity, motivation and health of all employees;
- Reduce the severity of accidents and health problems associated with work.
